A subrack is a mandatory device and houses UGW9811 boards, including the Switching Route Units (SRUs), Switching Fabric Units (SFUs), Service Processing Units (SPUs), and Line Processing Units (LPUs).
The smart traffic explorer f1 (STEf1) collects IP-, transmission-, and service-layer metric statistics for evaluating user experience through the Gi/SGi interface and analyzes the statistics.
STEf1s can work only in load-sharing mode.
STEf1 is installed in a PGP-X8, PGP-X16, or PGP-16 subrack.
