Enterprise Firewall SPUf1 03055193 03030RVC Service Processing Unit UGW9811 PGP-16, PGP-X8 or PGP-X16 subracks CoreNetwork CoreNetwork
A subrack is a mandatory device and houses UGW9811 boards, including the Switching Route Units (SRUs), Switching Fabric Units (SFUs), Service Processing Units (SPUs), and Line Processing Units (LPUs).
The UGW9811 supports PGP-16, PGP-X8, and PGP-X16 subracks
The Service Processing Unit (SPU) performs functions such as service awareness and control, user packet forwarding, flow control, and QoS functions.
Flexible IP address assignment
The IP address assigned to a mobile subscriber is the static IP address specified when the subscriber subscribes to packet services, or the dynamic IP address obtained when the PDP context/EPS bearer is activated. The UGW9811 supports both static and dynamic address assignment modes.
Integrated firewall: The number of firewalls in networking is reduced and value-added protection based on user information on the gateway is provided.
Charging functions: The content-based charging solution, prepaid charging solution, postpaid charging solution, and user policy delivery solution are provided.
Service awareness and control: Based on the protocol identification and content parsing techniques and the user policy delivery solution, users' access permissions are determined according to users' subscription information.
Comprehensive security mechanisms
Protocol security authentication
Packet filtering and access control list (ACL)
Interface redirection
IP address anti-spoofing
QoS control: QoS policy delivery, user-traffic marking, user-specific traffic policing, queue scheduling, and traffic shaping are provided.
An SPUf is installed in a PGP-X8 or PGP-X16 subrack.
