A subrack is a mandatory device and houses UGW9811 boards, including the Switching Route Units (SRUs), Switching Fabric Units (SFUs), Service Processing Units (SPUs), and Line Processing Units (LPUs).
The UGW9811 supports PGP-16, PGP-X8, and PGP-X16 subracks
The Switch Fabric Unit (SFU) on the PGP-X16 switches data for the entire system. This ensures a non-blocked switching network.
The PGP-X16 has four SFUBs working in 3+1 load balancing mode.
The 200 Gbit/s switch fabric unit B (SFU200B) uses an unblocked switching network to switch service data for the entire system.
The PGP-X16 subrack has four SFUs, which work in 3+1 load sharing mode.
The four SFUs process services in load sharing mode. If an SFU is faulty or replaced, the other three SFUs automatically take over the services on the SFU, ensuring that the services are not interrupted
